Ruff-Spots Animal Welfare Foundation, Inc. was founded in July 2003 to help animal shelters and rescue organizations in Newfoundland & Labrador spay and neuter adoptable animals. By having these shelter animals "fixed", we hope to improve both their chances of being adopted and their quality of life.
